We are so grateful for the outpouring of support and to announce that the first annual Cool Cars for Kids Car Show Benefiting the Division of Medical Genetics and Genomics at Cohen Children's Medical Center (CCMC) raised $30,000 to support research and care for children with genetic conditions! In addition to these funds, we had over 500 show cars in attendance and hundreds of community members, which was instrumental in helping spread awareness of the impact that genetic conditions have on the children and families that we care for. The team at Cool Cars for Kids, Inc and the Medical Genetics and Genomics Division at CCMC are so thankful for everyone who attended the event, donated, and supported the cause! With a wide variety of cars, vendors, and kid-friendly activities, many attendees described the event as "One of the best car shows in New York". The level of excitement and interest from the community for an annual Cool Cars for Kids Car Show on Long Island was exceptional, and we will be answering back with an even bigger and better show next year!
