(Registration is free, but we ask that you make a donation of your choice to support research and care for children with genetic conditions at Cohen Children's Medical Center)

By checking this box, the undersigned, deisirng to show his/her vehicle at the Cool Cars for Kids Car Show, does hereby release the Cool Cars for Kids, Inc and their sponsors and representatives from any and all liability arising out of saidevent. The undersigned also agrees to abide by the rules of Cool Cars for Kids, Inc, Northwell Health and local law enforcement agencies while on its premises.
